Deposit Terms:
Please request your reservation well in advance of your intended stay.
To confirm your booking the first night’s tariff is required as a deposit.
Your reservation will be confirmed on receipt of the deposit.
Payment:
Payment can be made via direct deposit, cheque or PayPal. Details are provided in our availability confirmation email.
Cancellation:
Should you need to cancel a minimum advance notice of 7 days is required to avoid losing your deposit.
Check In: Check in time is 2 PM
Check Out: Check out time is 11 AM
Parking:
On site off street parking for one vehicle is available for guests only. Visitors and additional guests cars must be parked in the street. As the street is a quiet street, ample parking is readily available.
Internet Access:
High speed broadband is available at no charge for wireless laptops. Computer access for Internet is available by arrangement. Conditions apply.
Laundry:
Full laundry facilities are available. Conditions apply.
Telephone:
Your own telephone service is available on requests. Connection, deposit and account fees apply, as well as call charges. The whole area has good quality mobile reception and roaming services for your own mobile.
Attractions and Tours:
Mooloolaba and the entire Sunshine Coast offer a wide variety of dining, bars, shops, attractions, walking trails, quaint villages and towns in close proximity. There are many links provided on this web site. Further information is available on the premises as well as at the local tourist information offices.
Tours to Frazer Island, the Glass House Mountains, the Blackall Ranges, etc. are plentiful. Whale Watching (in season), sport-fishing charters, hiking tours are but a few of the many activities awaiting you here in Mooloolaba.

Currency:
Prices are in Australian Dollars. Foreign currency prices can be quoted upon request, but are probably costlier than your bank or credit card conversion charges.
Rates:
Rates are reviewed each calendar year. New rates are posted on the 1st December each year to commence on the 1st January next.
Minimum Days Stay:
We do not have a minimum stay period. We do however charge a small surcharge for the first day, regardless of the length of your stay.
Maximum number of people: 2 unless otherwise agreed to (extra fees and conditions apply).
Weekdays:
Monday through Thursday:
$150.00 first night
$125.00 per night for each subsequent night (including weekends & holidays)
Weekends:
Weekends & Holidays:
$175.00 first night (including Friday’s)
$150.00 per night for second , third and forth (if applicable) night.
Weekly: $750.00
Monthly: $2,600.00
