The gardens are an amazing collection of mature tropical, subtropical, native and exotic flowers and plants, which thrive in their sheltered walled-in surrounds. • Swimming pool. An in-ground smooth fibreglass free form salt-water pool is located at the rear of the property, surrounded by lush plants. It has a built in seating and cocktail table facility in the one corner, shaded by an umbrella from the abundant Queensland sun • Outdoor shower near the pool to rinse off the salt water. • Sun only or all weather sheltered sitting and entertaining areas. Or you can fully soak up the sun on soft comfortable chase lounges • Large gas bar-b-que • Gas outdoor bistro heating for comfort on those chillier winter evenings, while still enjoying the bar-b-que or for just soaking up the atmosphere of the fairy-tale like lit up gardens at night, with a delicate glass of red wine or champagne. • Kitchen. Granite counters, two-pack cabinets, pass-through servery at the kitchen window to an outside granite bar, dishwasher, 2-door fridge with water fountain and ice dispenser, ceramic glass hotplates and built in oven, coffee maker, fully equipped with glassware, silverware, dishes, cooking needs etc. Supplies prior to arrival for your initial needs can be arranged upon request (groceries, drinks, toiletries) • Bathroom. Compact and beautiful. Large glass shower, floor to ceiling tiles, porcelain vanity and toilet. There is another toilet outside for guests and when wet from the pool. • Surround sound outside. Television, radio and DVD player inside. There is a huge DVD library upstairs. You are welcome to borrow. Conditions apply. • Healthy living. We encourage a safe and healthy life style. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside and is discouraged outside within the property walls as well. Some exceptions can be negotiated under special circumstances (outside only). • Beds. Mattresses have been custom made and are of ergonomic design for maximum comfort. Sheets, pillowslips and towels are all of luxurious cotton, pillows and covers are allergy free. • Dining and living areas are of open spacious design. The entire unit has beautifully tiled floors, is light and airy. Warm in winter, cool in summer. • Your own laundry facilities are available. Conditions apply. |
