The kitchen window looks into the lush tropical private gardens and the main bedroom opens directly on to the pool area. The entire gardens, pool and huge pergola/entertaining areas are completely walled in for total privacy and security. It has its own private entry direct from the street, and another from within the courtyard. Preference is for couples (maximum three unless otherwise agreed to under exceptional circumstances). The apartment is gay-friendly.
Alexandra Headland Beach is 6 minutes walking distance. Elegant and fashionable Mooloolaba Beach, with it’s popular beach front restaurants, bars and café’s, is an easy 15 minutes stroll. There is a local well equipped supermarket and shops only 1 minute down the street. Public transport is practically at the doorstep.
